Meet coope

Over the last decade, I’ve had the opportunity to work and train in a variety of gyms, giving me exposure to a handful of energies and environments. I always had the desire to one day curate a training experience that feels more personal. A deeper experience that invites a sense of calm beyond the intensity of strength training.


I wanted to open a training space that has purpose and emotional weight behind it. A place to practice movement in a more intimate setting alongside an energy that feels inclusive and welcoming. 


To me, energy within an environment is everything. It starts the moment you walk through the door and you feel something shift. A steadiness. A presence. A sense that you’re exactly where you’re meant to be. 


Ritual is a training space that holds you whether you arrive feeling powerful or uncertain, grounded or undone. This is a unique type of gym where you feel purpose and belonging.

Ritual Training Studio was designed to be more than just a place to work out — a 1375 square foot space built to help people feel focused, supported, and empowered every time they walk through the door. With a clean, modern aesthetic and premium strength and performance equipment, the studio creates an elevated training experience that feels intentional from start to finish.


Unlike crowded commercial gyms, Ritual offers a smaller, more personal environment where coaching, movement quality, and community come first. Every detail of the space was thoughtfully chosen to create a calm, motivating atmosphere that allows members to train hard while still feeling comfortable and connected.
