Personal Training
One-on-one practice, built on connection. This is a dedicated hour that puts training into practice. You'll start by booking a personalized appointment where we discuss:
• Your training background and experience
• Short-term and long-term goals
• Injuries, limitations, areas of discomfort
• Lifestyle factors like nutrition, stress, sleep, and recovery
• What type of coaching support suites you best
You'll also go through a movement assessment where we evaluate:
• Mobility and joint function
• Stability and balance
• Movement patterns
• Strength imbalances or compensation patterns
• Breathing and core control
This assessment helps us understand how your body moves so we can create a training approach that supports performance, longevity, and confidence.

Semi private Training
Individual paths, shared rhythm. Each person follows their own plan, but the hour is experienced together while benefiting from the coaching, energy, and community. It's focused work with a sense of belonging. 2-4 people per session.

Small group women's training
A space for women to train in a small supportive group setting (5-8), where you will learn and practice full body strength and mobility, giving you the tools to feel better and move with confidence.

Remote programming
Individualized remote training that you can take anywhere and complete on your own schedule. Your customized program will be uploaded right to your phone with progress tracking, clear guidance, and ongoing support.
